We define platforms, levels and slopes, calculate earthworks and adapt the design to the topography.
Green infrastructure
We integrate sustainable drainage to retain, infiltrate or convey rainwater, according to site conditions.
3D modelling and BIM coordination
We model terrain, roads and utilities in 3D to check how they fit together. During design and construction, we help identify clashes and review solutions before they are built.
Construction supervision and monitoring
We support construction with site visits, work inspections and help resolving issues. Aerial imagery and progress comparisons can complement site monitoring.
Technical tender submissions
We review the tender documents and prepare the technical submission with your team, explaining the proposed methods, organisation and programme to meet each tender’s requirements.
Site surveys and setting out
We measure points and levels, set out elements and check their construction. We prepare information for as-built drawings and volume calculations.
